职位描述(Job Descriptions)
Main responsibility（主要工作职责） - Pick up and handle customer calls - Liaise closely with suppliers’ customer Service or purchase Department - Coordination with purchase, sales and production to make sure that production could meet sales demand - Coordination with logistic to make sure products could be delivery on time - Assure payments from customer timely and prepare daily/weekly/monthly A/R reconciliation with customer and Finance - Handling customer complaint/ claim - Input customer information order Requirements（任职要求） -Male/Female -College degree or above, prefer in trading or logistic -Strong interpersonal, independent and problem solving skill, prefer to have background of customer service in multinational company -Detail-focused, extremely customer service oriented -Good team work spirit and team player -Able to take intensive workload and work under pressure -Fluent English in oral and written -Computer literate Contact info（联系方式） 我们将为合格的应聘者提供具有竞争力的薪金待遇，保险福利及培训发展机会。应聘者请将个人中英文简历（必须有英文简历）及一张一寸近期免冠照片发送
