The work is to support the projects running in application development, fugal diversity and other R&D groups with deeper chemistry and biochemistry understanding from analytical point of view.

Job responsibility
The tasks involve establishment of analytical platforms by developing new analytical methods to quantify various ingredients and compounds including lipids, fatty acids, various sugars and special proteins and etc. via HPLC, GC mass, NIR or other specific analytical equipment and perform the routine analysis and maintenance of the equipment. The titled tasks will not limit to equipment analysis but also cover a range of assays and analytical methods, for example the extraction of gluteinins and HS- group out of the flour and dough system and perform the assays based on the extracts.
Qualifications
Analytical education background above bachelor degree or similar working experience on various analytical tasks is preferred.
Enzyme understanding and enzyme application understanding is a plus.
Fluent in both spoken & written English
A highly team working spirit and service mind to help all projects in R&D is required.
