- BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Incumbent is the primary contact for ISE (International Services Employee) coordinators, who are transferring employees between domestic or foreign facilities. Provides advice and guidance on Company ISE Policies and practices, as well as regional addendums globally, as well as US Domestic.
Provides clarification on policy issues and exception management with the relocation consultants (Paragon) and home/host ISE Coordinators. Liaise with other Human Services Division Centers of Expertise to ensure that global and domestic relocations are handled smoothly for our customers.
Anticipate potential issues and trouble-shoot solutions.
Provides clarification to both ISEs and ISE Coordinators on policy updates, using the communication vehicles available within Caterpillar. Provides ideas to policy update needs and ensures that these are implemented consistently.
Provides audit and payroll data from vendor (Paragon) to Caterpillar US Payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation is administered to US Payroll ISEs around the world.
Back-up resource for the Senior Relocation Consultant with regards to preparation of and timely payments of the Imprest Account and issues that may arise regarding Caterpillar Housing Management.
Incumbent is expected to carry out daily activities with minimal supervision.
ELIGIBILITY:
Requires a college degree in business or accounting, or the equivalent.
Thorough knowledge of vendor management and customer service skills when dealing with our business partners around the world. Relocation experience is highly desired. Ability to understand the Caterpillar points of contact, primarily within Human Services Division. Superior interpersonal skills are essential.
