| Position: Purchasing Assistant Location: Feng Xian, Shanghai Shuttle bus will be provided to and back at Lian Hua Road subway station from work Responsibilities: 1.To be assistant of MRO（Maintenance, Repair and Operating supplies）purchasing on PO creation and follow-up; (PO- Purchasing order) 2.To conduct monthly invoices verification and co-ordinate with Finance for month end closing; 3.To be responsible for preparation of samples and documentations for export for qualification tests as part of the global sourcing initiatives from China; 4.To be responsible for filing and safe keeping of Purchasing documents; Requirements: 1 Grade three or above university students major in Chemistry 2. Capable of extracting and compiling data files 3. Capable of operating in cross-functional teams; 4.
