职位描述：
Goals/Mission:
- Commercial handling of Med services 3rd party business which includes: maintenance contract handling, on call service / spare part handling.Such handling includes from quotation, order / contract processing, cost booking, billing and finish with payment clearance and order cost controlling for all responsible orders and contracts.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Internal contacts: service sales / customer service representation / customer service engineer / technical support team / project management team / sales logistics / products sales / accounting team / legal department
- External contacts: end user (hospital) / service dealer / sales dealer / forwarder
Tasks:
- Spare parts & labor & re-installation quotation for customer in responsible area, with joint support of RM and service sales;
- Prepare sales contract, re-installation contact, maintenance contract, calculation sheet, monitor MC operating result. Support regional service sales staff on MC;
- SAP order management & cost controlling for all responsible sales orders, service orders, maintenance contracts;
- Monthly WIP(unbilled cost) controlling and following up;
- Regular letter to collect due payments in responsible regions, with joint support of RM and service sales;
- Closely follow up month end / quarter end / year end schedule and activities;
- Timely stamp duty handling according to related regulations.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree
- Better major in Business Admin. / Trading / Accounting
- Job Language:EN
Knowledge/Languages:
- Accounting Knowledge
- International & domestic trading knowledge
- Contract law
- Overall English capability
- Computer ability, good at Windows, Word, Excel, Power point
- SAP know-how
Experience:
- Experience in Service field is preferred.
- Experience in Medical field is preferred.
- Experience in Commercial / Business administration field is highly preferred.
- Working experience in multinational company is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Skill in MS office / Basic Accounting knowledge / have Logistics, Trading working experience / good communication skill in English both Oral and written.
