Main Responsibilities:
-Order processing from the point of order taking to goods delivery, process sales orders, enter data relating to customers and sales, maintain customer database in company system, including issue invoice to customer and follow-up payment
-Customer complaint handling, coordinate with relevant department to investigate and settle the complaint, and ensure response to customer on a timely manner
-Create/update customer master profile
-Answer customer enquiry
-Continuously improve customer service level in responsible section of duty
-Generate purchase orders to affiliated production centers out of sales orders with customers and follow up the development of execution of purchase orders
-Overlook the whole logistic operation starting from the point of affiliated production centers to the shipment to customers
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above, major in business administration, foreign trade or other related fields
-Having working experience in customer service on order process and complaint handling is preferred
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Good coordinating ability and good team work spirit
-Committed, responsible and initiative working attitude
-Customer and result oriented
-Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary
-Experiences with SAP or similar system is preferred
