- Job Description:
- Responsible for office management and administration of our Guangzhou operations.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating internal and customer meetings.
- Facilitate business visa process, immigration requests including work permit/residence permit application
- Responsible for Travel arrangements, Hotel bookings, Vendor management, handling reception etc.
- Responsible for day to day office administration.
- Maintain company fixed asset analysis, record, storage and office space management
Requirement:
- Fresher or 1-2 relevant working experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, reliable and can work under pressure
