职位描述: Dow Jones Newswires (ww***com[点击查看]) is a leading supplier of real-time global economic, corporate and resources news to financial professionals across five assets classes: equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities and energy. It has a network of 21 news bureaus in the Asia-Pacific region.
We are looking for experienced financial journalists to apply for the position.
The job involves writing several market comments a day and snippets on the Chinese commodity markets. Candidates should be able to balance the requirements of real-time market coverage with the need to offer sophisticated insight into what lies ahead.
Qualifications:
·Knowledge of macroeconomics and finance as well as working knowledge of the Chinese commodity sector is desirable.
·Relevant experience in newswires, newspapers, magazines or books and/or experience in the financial/commodity market are desirable.
·The position requires good news judgment and the ability to communicate with sources in a diverse environment.
·The job holder will be educated to degree level.
·Essential skills include excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Mandarin, excellent translation and interpersonal skills.
·The job holder must be able to work in a high-pressure environment effectively with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
