Job Title: Senior Software Engineer, Tuxedo
Job Description:
The responsibility of this position is to develop new products/releases for Tuxedo product family. The major duties include:
- Design and implement new features for new Tuxedo products/releases
- Port Tuxedo products to new platforms
- Work closely with product manager and project manager and help on decision making by providing technical support, e.g. new technology investigation, effort estimation, prototype
- Work closely with QA team and fix the problems efficiently
Qualifications/Necessary Skills:
4+ years of software development experience in C/C++
- Strong development and debugging skills on Unix and Windows platforms
- Web Services knowledge/experience a plus
- Java/J2EE development experience a plus
- Experience with Tuxedo or other middleware a plus
- Good understanding of software development process
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written
Education:
B.S. or above in Computer Science or related fields
