简介 Introduction
中国塑料加工工业协会塑料再生利用专业委员会(Plastics Recycling Committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association)是中国塑协下属的专业协会。中国塑协再生利用专委会是由从事塑料再生利用的研究、开发、生产经营企业及相关单位自愿组成的全国性经济技术专业协作组织，是行业内服务性、公益性、自律性和非赢利的社团组织。
The plastics recycling committee(PRC-CPPIA)is a subordinate organization of China plastics processing industry association. It is a professional,non-profit organization and voluntarily joined by domestic plastic recycling businesses and institutes, including processing and compounding, trading, collecting, and R&D organization nationwide.
宗旨 The Mission
中国塑协塑料再生利用专委会旨在成为塑料再生行业、政府、社会之间沟通的桥梁，促进塑料再生行业、政府和社会的和谐发展。
The organization's mission is to establish, strengthen and co-ordinate relationship among domestic plastic recyclers, and the relationship between the plastic recycling industry, the government agencies and the society. It is to enhance the development of the industry.
专委会工作重点Functions
1、宣传普及国家（环保、海关、进出口检验、税务）政策，向有关政府部门反馈塑料再生行业实践中遇到的问题；
2、倡导行业自律、规范行业行为、维护行业形象。收集行业意见，制定行业标准及国际国内交易规则。
3、通过网站、刊物等形式，建立行业信息平台，以提高交易效率、降低交易成本；
4、联络会员，维护会员合法权益。
5、规范塑料再生行业标准，提供行业认证、签署行业意见。
6、组织国内、国际交流、互访和对话。
1.Promoting the relevant government policies and regulation, and providing feedbacks from the industry to the authorities concerned.
2.Encouraging self-regulating among the members, formalizing industry standards and trading codes, and expediting industry certification.
3.Establishing members' communication platform through website and publications for information sharing , business promotion and credit reference.
4. Protecting members' legal rights.
5.Establishing plastic recycling business standards.
6. Enhancing relationship between domestic recyclers and oversea recyclers.
