Job Responsibilities:
Cross Systems Software Development team focus on system management software 

development for various IBM systems. Software developers will join various 
product development activities which may include, but not limit to

Requirement analysis
Product Line item development which includes
     * Feasibility study and sizing
     * Component Design
     * Implementation including coding, unit test, and integration
Technical writing (design doc, technical paper, presentation, etc)
Collaboration with other teams(UCD, ID, test, etc)

Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
Java/J2EE, JSF/JSP, and XML development experience, familiar with WSAD (or 
eclipse), 
Eclipse/OSGI plug-in framework,
System Management Knowledge
Familiar with different operating systems, such as Windows, AIX and Linux.
Knowledge or experience on IBM systems (pServer, BladeServer, xServer, 
Storage, ect) is a plus.
