The following positions are immediately available:
Project Leader, Beijing, China
Job Description
• Build a fully functional biotech lab facility and a team to ensure successful delivery of protein products through quality control
• Develop partnership with Chinese Universities and local biotech companies
• Foster strong relationship with various government agencies
• Communicate status of operations (i.e., budgets, schedules, production progress etc..) in a timely manner to US headquarter
Qualifications
• Minimum of master degree in the area of Biology, or biochemistry, or closely related discipline, or equivalent experience and have a demonstrated high level of understanding and technical proficiency of various aspects of biotech lab operations.
• Proven ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment, set and meet aggressive objectives and develop strong working relationships internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills necessary
• Proficient in English is a must
• At least two-year working experience in a biotech firm is strongly preferred.
