职位描述：
DESIGNATION：IT Engineer
LOCATION：Shanghai
REPORTS TO：IT Manager
SUBORDINATES
JOB FUNCTIONS
-Design and implement the company network infrastructure align with IT yearly plan
-Enhance company’s IT service availability by performing proactive virus scanning, spam email filtering or implementing corresponding security solution;
-Support operation on Microsoft servers including Exchange 2k3, Domain Controller, Intranet web server and file/print server;
-Support PBX related operations;
-Maintain the backup system operation on the Microsoft servers;
-Assist to update the company internet site content on demand;
-Provide technical training on IT related equipments or applications;
-Secondary support on the desktop/laptop related, printer and multimedia equipment operations.
KEY PERFORMANCE INFACTORS
-Service satisfactory rate of the whole company; will cover a. downtime rate control (50% from management, 50% from employee); b. trouble shooting fix rate/speed (from IT ticket log);
-On time delivery of the project support (OTD).
IMMEDIATE CHALLENGES
-Assist users to troubleshoot all IT related issue;
-Figure out potential threats in existing IT infrastructure and make a proposal accordingly;
-Upgrade the existing system and service in line with business requirement.
TERRITORIAL COVERAGE：All Apexone Microelectronics subsidiary and office.
TRAVELING：May traveling between Shanghai and other branch office or Subsidiary of Apexone.
