Hilscher Gesellschaft für Systemautomation mbH is one of the most powerful co
mpanies in industrial communication. We supply our products and technology to 
a lot of important companies all over the world. Hilscher develops solutions f
or fieldbus and industrial Ethernet. You will find PC cards, gateways, embedde
d modules and ASICs for major systems like PROFIBUS, DeviceNet, CC-Link, CANop
en, InterBus, ControlNet, AS-Interface, Modbus, SERCOS, Industrial Ethernet, E
therNet/IP,  PROFINET, EtherCAT, PowerLink and so on. We’re now seeking the f
itting people for the following positions in Shanghai Rep. Office: 

Title: Hardware Technical Support Supervisor (1)
岗位：硬件技术支持主管（1名）

Work location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1.	Responsible for the technical support of Hilscher comprehensive industrial 
communication products, e.g. PC cards, gateways, embedded modules and ASICs, e
specially focus on the hardware support
2.	Enhance the relationship with customers and occupy more business opportunit
ies
3.	Coordinate the technical support issues with German Headquarters
4.	Establish and update Hilscher Chinese Knowledge Database
5.	Support Hilscher marketing activities in China
6.	Submit the regular technical support report to Shanghai Rep. office and Hea
dquarters

Requirements:
1.	Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics or Automation (prefer with M
Sc degree)
2.	At least 2 years work experience in the related fields, e.g. Automation Eng
ineering, R&D of Fieldbus & Industrial Ethernet
3.	Fluent spoken and written English, good German is a PLUS
4.	Be familiar with Embedded System based on C-program
5.	Independent performance with team work spirit
6.	Accountability and self-motivated

Title: Software Technical Support Supervisor (1)
岗位：软件技术支持主管（1名）

Work location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1.	Responsible for the technical support of Hilscher comprehensive industrial 
communication products, e.g. PC cards, gateways, embedded modules and ASICs, e
specially focus on the software support
2.	Enhance the relationship with customers and occupy more business opportunit
ies
3.	Coordinate the technical support issues with German Headquarters

5.	Support Hilscher marketing activities in China
6.	Submit the regular technical support report to Shanghai Rep. office and Hea

Requirements:

Title: Business Administrator (1)
岗位：商务管理（1名）

Work location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1.	Enhance the liaison and communication with external customers and German He
adquarters
2.	Support external customers concerning the business procedure, e.g. standard
 quotation, customer’s payment style, banking information, shipping document,
 etc.
3.	Check the order data of external customers and PO data of trade companies
4.	Liaise with the customers and trade companies regarding the import & export
 matters
5.	Provide formal documentation of PO from China market
6.	Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including external e-new
sletters, website, advertisements, print brochures, product datasheets, etc. w
ith Headquarters
7.	Coordinate the marketing activities in China, including advertisement, edit
orial, seminar, trade fair, e-marketing campaign, etc.
8.	Other duties as required

Requirements: 
1.	College degree or above
2.	Familiar with import & export procedure
3.	Experience in order processing and general sales administration
4.	Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing, good German is a PLUS
5.	Good knowledge of MS-Office
6.	Flexibility and excellent communication skills
