职位描述: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
* Provide broad based administrative support for the company, including receiving visiting guests, receiving phone calls and direct them to person in charge;
* Handle ticket and hotel booking for the whole office as well as office stationery supply;
* Organize and maintain files of company’s correspondences, records, etc. following up on pending matters;
* Assistant work for financial department (Cashier);
* Act as translator on occasion;
* Other temporary assignments;
* Coordinate with others for office work;
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCES
* Bachelor degree, major in foreign trading is preferred;
* Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
* Skillful in MS office application;
* Quick in learning and being detail oriented and be with a passion for administrative support roles;
* Team player with good interpersonal communication skill;
