We are looking for the talents in the following area. You will get the opportu
nity to assist our engineer to evaluate our new instrument in Chemical Analysi
s. We will also be pleasure to grow with you in Agilent Technologies Shanghai 
R&D.

BUSINESS BRIEF:
Agilent's bio-analytical measurement business provides application-focused sol
utions that include instruments, software, consumables and services that enabl
e customers to identify, quantify and analyze the physical and biological prop
erties of substances and products. The seven key product categories for the bi
o-analytical measurements business include: microarrays, microfluidics, gas ch
romatography, liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, software and informati
cs, and related consumables, reagents and services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
	Create customer mechanical structures to first prove the feasibility,
 and finally the practicality of the approach being followed to meet the desig
n goals.  Produce all documentation required for its fabrication by the servic
e groups.
	Carries out analysis and evaluations of successive version of hardwar
e to ensure that fundamentals are fully understood, basic problems are solved 
and that the design is sufficiently robust to avoid future problems due to exp
ected variations in component/environmental parameters.
	Assists in integration, evaluation, modification of overall instrumen
t / system. Provide tested functional hardware for same.
	Ensures that all documentation is accomplished and in proper form inc
luding any important component specifications.
	Work with manufacturing team to bring new products into production an
d provide technical supports to maintain production.

Electronic Engineer Internship: (#1)
Desired Qualifications:
	Master candidate in electronic engineering or related scientific disc
ipline.
	Strong verbal and written English.
	Solid knowledge in theory of analog circuit design, digital circuit d
esign
	Solid knowledge in theory of digital signal processing
	Familiar with FPGA/VHDL design, and familiar with Xlinx or Altra FPGA
 development tools is prefered. 
	Experience with C or assembling programming will be plus
	Inter-personal communication skills and teamwork spirit, self-motivat
ion, quick learner

Target Candidate:
	One for Master who will graduate in 2008/06, the intern term is requi
red 10+ months at least.
