Bu Introduction:
SOA Solutions Centre (SSC) in CDL reports to world-wide Global Business Services, who takes charge of new generation of industry solution development using SOA technology, the design, development and testing of Composition Business Services (CBS), to capitalize our industry application expertise and turned into licensed software.

SOA is a horizontal technology and impact almost all the IT technology stack. It also changes the current style to construct applications. Gartner calls this kind of new applications - SOBA. To promote leadrship in SOA area and improve the market share in SOBA market, IBM acquired Webify, leader vendor of SOBA in healthcare and insurance, and established two SSC centers in China and India. China SSC center will focus on Banking and Government. Our new industries are to be considered.

Job Description:

Tester:
Responsibility:
Develop test strategy
Develop test plan
Lead a small team to work on whole QA cycle(FVT,SVT etc). The work will cover write test case, execute test case, analyze the test records etc.
Skills:
Proficiency in writing Testing Scripts.
Use of testing tools for testing Web based systems like Mercury, Rational Functional Tester, Rational Performance Tester, Segue etc.
Familiarity with testing J2EE/Web Services applications
Some web systems development experience a plus

UI/Portal Developer:
Responsibility:
Working with the App Architect and Lead Developer for DCUT of solution components.Work with lead Developer to understand the solution and help drive the UI Portal creation inline with the WebServices/Business Services/Process Services that are needed for the development. Should be able to understnad the Web Services Paradigm and how the data elements on UI side relate to data models or business services.
Skills:
Knowledge and experience around Portal creation and Websphere portal server,Should be familiar with Open source technologies like Tapestry, XHTML, XSLT, CSS etc.Familiar with JSps and Web services creation and tooling to support UI creation. Should have delivered UI systems as a part of engagements.

Work under guidance of Senior Developer for program design, development and necessary documentation. Intimately familiar with Industry standards, processes and code assets owned by the center. Hands on experience with IBM development tools like RAD, WID, WPS etc.Ensure the solution development is in line with the architecture design and Support the Technical QA activitie
Skills:
Familiar with different aspects of development from UI to server side. Used open standards like SOAP/XML/XSLT and must have built Web Services.Used or very comfortable with IBM tooling around RSA, WB Modeler, WID, WPS etc. Working knowledge of BPELJ2EE, Java, Web Services (HTTP/SOAP), WSADIE/WID, UML, XML,
