Position: Business Development Assistant
Department: Business Development, SMSG
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:Providing general administrative support to VP of Business Development on internal logistical issues, including travel request, air tickets booking, hotel reserve, restaurant reserve, meeting arrangement, expenses claim, and punchers order. Providing executive support on documents management. Acting as an interface with external customers within Microsoft; needing frequent contact with senior executives, both internal and external, via telephone, email, and face to face. Acting as the coordinator in customer activities, such as high-level visit, meeting, and other business relevant events.
Qualifications:University degree and at least 1 years related working experiences. Good Communication Skills both in Chinese and English. High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive and personal information; Positive work attitude and willingness for team work. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Windows is required. (Familiarity with Photoshop, Adobe is helpful but not required.)
