Negotiator （若干）(Ref. SH-07-RPM-2006) 销售人员
Residential Project Marketing 住宅项目营销部
Responsibilities:
• Support the Project Manager and Project Assistant in overseeing daily 
operations;
• 协助项目经理和项目助理做日常工作；
• Manage walk-in and call-in clients at reception and service prospectiv
e clients;
• 负责在接待处接待客户并且为潜在客户提供服务部；
• Participate in commercial negotiation and documentation; and
• 参与商业性谈判；
• Maintain strong customer relationships and further explore market segm
ent.
• 维持与客户间的良好关系，能挖掘市场的潜在商机。
Requirements: 
• University degree or above;
• 专科以上学历；
• At least 1 year relevant working experience; 
• 1年以上相关工作经验；
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player;
• 具备团队合作精神，善于沟通；
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills; 
• 有出色的语言表达能力，形象良好；
• Fluency in spoken and written English, good command of another languag
e (Japanese, Cantonese, Minnan) preferable.
• 掌握英语的口语和书写能力，另外掌握一门语言（日语、粤语、闽南语）者优先
考虑。
