Job Description: Team Assistant
1. Support the head in general administration duties, e.g., handling incoming and outgoing mail or phone calls.
2. Maintain records etc for the staffs
3. Organize meetings, travel plans etc.
4. Manage all stationary orders
5. Maintain lease agreements.
Job Requirement:
1. Strong communication skills
2. Excellent computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
3. Must be creative, possess strong organizational skills and enjoy a fast paced working environment
4. Strong communication skills both written and oral are also needed.
5. Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills
6. Must be fluent in English and German
