1. Provide technical support and service to countrywide large Network Equipmen
t Provider accounts and region large accounts.
2. Cooperate and teamwork with countrywide/region support team to delivery hig
h quality service to customer
3. Support Account Support Manager to provide technical solution and report to
 customer and communicate with customer from technical view
4. Countrywide project management
 
　

Your Profile:　

1. Bachelor degree in Computer, Communication Engineering and related areas
2. Minimum 2 years technical service or support experience, telecom or relativ
e background is preferred
3. Strong working ownership and good teamwork capability
4. Good communication skill
5. Strong documentation skill
6. Project management skill is preferred
