职位描述：
Job Descriptions
1 Devise and implement a dealer/distribution policy by personal activity
2 Evaluate and understand the capabilities of all dealers and decide on the appropriate product portfolio to match their profile
3 Set and monitor agreed sales targets for each dealer based on their product portfolio
4 Ensure all dealers are visited and trained on a regular basis
Qualifications
1 Proven experience of selling through distribution
2 Good technical understanding
3 Basic knowledge of English
4 Structured way of working with high self motivation
