- Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting Field Staff and Windchill customers with the installation, configuration, and tuning of MCAD integration and Windchill products.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• Native or near native Korean AND Mandarin
• Excellent communications skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and Mandarin
• Good communication skills in English (at least CET-6 or equivalent)
• Prioritization skills & self-motivated
• Ability to quickly master new products and technologies
• Recent hands-on IT experience is a requirement. Outstanding new graduates can be considered.
The following Knowledge, Skills & Abilities will be an advantage:
Experience in Web Technologies, Oracle, Networking, Unix and Windows NT
Web Technologies: Experience with Java code, Applets, Servlets, JSP, XML, HTML, and Webservers/Servlet engines
UNIX/NT: User level with basic administration knowledge
Oracle: Experience installing, creating, configuring, normalizing and tuning Oracle databases or similar relational databases.
Networking: Basic administration knowledge.
Object Orientated programming familiarity (Java)
Work experience in a multi-national company
