Job Description
1. Provides a variety of services in support of the delivery of HR policies and processes and utilizes knowledge of HR programs to assist managers and employees
2. Works on a daily operational basis with the HR management in support of business objectives and HR strategies to ensure smooth operations and business control posture in HR.
3. Provide process improvement advice to process owners to ensure the HR control posture is in place and effectively.

Qualifications
MBA is preferred.

Desired Experience
1. Applies a broad knowledge of several human resource disciplines or a detailed knowledge of a specialized area to solve problems related to those disciplines within a local or country environment.
2. Works with and may advise other human resource professionals to resolve day-to-day human resource issues or alternative approaches to human resource issues in the business environment.
3. Recognizes program elements that need improvement and makes recommendations to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments/solutions.
4. MBA is preferred.
