Requirements:

Fluent Cantonese;
Working computer skill of OFFICE WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and etc.;
Detail-oriented, responsible and motivated, willing to learn and improve;

Responsibilities:

Respond to client's enquiry and request;
Communicate with clients, deal with after-service;
Coordinate with Translation Manager and project leader on projects;
Develop new client and maintain the current client base;
Understand the client's complain and inform the other team members;
Negotiate tight deadline with the client;
Require working overnight in April.
