JOB SUMMARY:
To provide recruitment related support to HR Staffing team; To manage recruitment system; To assist new employee orientation training; To support other operation issue.
为人力资源聘任小组提供招聘相关的支持;管理招聘测评工具系统;协助新员工入职培训;其它日常运营事宜。
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:
-Communicate with external recruitment vendor, incl. website, newspaper and job hunter, and maintain job post and resume system;
与外部网络、报纸、猎头等招聘供应商沟通,维护职位发布和简历收集系统;
-In charge of recruitment assessment tool, maintain test administration system, assign test accounts, run reports and support other test arrangement;
负责管理招聘测评工具,维护测试管理系统,分配测试帐号、出测试报告以及其他测试安排相关事宜;
-Support new employee orientation training, take charge of company compliance training system;
支持新员工入职培训,负责公司商业行为准则培训系统;
-Filing employee personnel documents;
管理员工人事档案;
-Support daily business operation, incl. team meeting, travel support, monthly report and other admin job.
支持日常工作运作,安排团队会议、支持差旅、收集月报以及其它行政事宜;
-Communicate and cooperate with other department to facilitate Staffing team operation;
与其它部门沟通合作,协调聘任小组运作;
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
-College degree above; 大学学历
-Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English; 优秀的中英文沟通能力
-Professional and be a good team player; 具备专业性,团队合作精神
-Pleasant character and working intelligently; 令人愉悦的工作性格,具备工作灵活性
-Strong sense of responsibility. 强烈的责任感
