PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Active Global Support consultants in solution support group are support engine
ers who can perform highly specialized remote and onsite services for SAP cust
omers. Goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solution
s at their maximum potential and to manage their technical risks during soluti
on implementation and operation.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Master degree in computer science or engineering
- Good and effective in both spoken and written English
- Excellent analytical skills with a flair for the very detail
- Effective problem solving skills to achieve customer satisfaction
- Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environ
ment
- Work under pressure, critical situations, and tight deadlines
- Mental and personal flexibility
- Can do attitude
- Understanding of business processes
- Common sense

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Provide first class remote and on-site support to our customers like
-Solving technical and application problems
-Optimization of business processes and solution operation
-Improvement of system availability and stability
-Onsite support in critical customer situations (going live, upgrade etc.)
-Performance optimization
- Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects
- Back-office support for onsite service delivery
- Message processing and solving of critical customer messages
