1、基本条件：计算机专业或相关专业，硕士以上学历
2、工作经验：有国际大公司或国内大公司实习经验者优先；有一定的开发经验，有教学培训经验及相关证书者优先
3、技能方面：熟悉相关专业领域内软件开发知识（Java、.NET、VC或日文软件开发等方向）
