职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Development of annual budget for product and manufacturing engineering based on the working plan of Wuxi and the Customer requirements.
-Continuous improvement in the Wuxi process methodologies related to program launches and existing manufacturing process methods through the use of lean implementation.
-Improvement of product quality and warranty reduction through participation / leadership of quality improvement teams, through design and manufacturing improvements and working with the supply base.
-Cost reduction program management to meet Wuxi goals and objectives for annual cost down programs through the use of benchmarking product and process improvements.
-Oversee major program launch programs utilizing APQP methods.
-Development of strategy to strengthen technical position of Wuxi in the marketplace.
