Job Description:
1. Answering phone calls;
2. Processing documents & correspondence;
3. Receive visitors;
4. Send newspaper & magazine;
5. Office equipment lending;
6. Conference room & con-call number management;
7. To assist the manager in the day-to day activities;
8. To perform any other duties as by assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirement:
1. College degree or above;
2. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;
3. Proficient at MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes;
4. Responsible, Friendly, warm-hearted, patient, cooperative in building community;
5. Good team player.
