Hunting for students(or graduates) from Tsinghua University

Major Responsibilities
1) Data Analysis: should be familiar with Basic Descriptive Statistical Analysis(such as Frequency,Crosstabulations, Mean, ..etc), Signigicant testing, Regression, Factor Analysis. Knowledge with other analysis such as Conjoint Analysis will be a value add.
2) Survey Methodology Design: Advice on survey questionnaire design and sampling methodology
3) Market Research Report Writing: This will be an ad-hoc role


Key Selection Criteria/Experience
1) Major in Statistics or other releted field
2) Familiar with SPSS and Excel
3) Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese mandatory
4) Willing to learn and share
