Job Description

Title:
Human Resources Trainee

Duration:
6 Months(Can work 3 full days per month)

Location:
Beijing

Responsibility:
 Assist recruitment activities
 Process employee social benefit on monthly basis
 Maintain daily contact with HR third party agents
 Fulfill other HR assistance job as per business needs
 Provide secretarial role for HR department

Skills and Knowledge Required:
 First or second year graduate students, preferably with a major related to Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
 Possess knowledge of Human Resources policies and regulations.
 Good interpersonal skills, be mature and can work independently.
 Strong self-motivated and team emotion.
 Good command of English and computer, familiar with MS office software application.
