■PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Details of The Research Theme Will Be Provided After Arrival):
1) Accomplishing the appointed research theme according to the time schedule.
2) Technical documents survey, numerical analysis, computer simulation and hardware testbed establishment.
3) Patent application, standardization document proposition and paper writing.
■ EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED :
1) PhD or Master holders/candidates in the mobile communications field.
2) Strong background in wireless networks is required. Especially, familiar with WLAN/WiMAX or cellular systems is a must.
3) Experiences or dissertation topics of mesh networks, cognitive radio, cooperative communications, relay techniques and distributed signal processing techniques are particularly encouraged to apply.
4) Skills in DSP-FPGA are required.
5) Good presentation and written skills are expected. Fluent in English is required. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
