东方海外全球帐务处理中心
    东方海外全球帐务处理中心Accounts Processing Center (APC)于1996年成立。该中心主要负责东方海外货柜航运公司全球范围内每年约35亿美元营业额的账务处理业务，范围涉及60多个国家。
作为香港财会总部直属的机构，全球帐务处理中心依托非常先进的计算机软件及网络技术，标准化并集中处理东方海外货柜航运公司在亚太地区、欧洲、北美的会计业务。而且，其业务核心已经逐步转移到账务的控制和管理上。

Assistant Accountant
Requirements:
• Undergraduate major in Finance / Accounting related subject; 
• Fluent in Chinese and English; 
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications. 
Accountabilities:
• Provide professional accounting service to global offices and; 
• Report directly to group F&A headquarter in Hong Kong; 
• Process invoices for Accounts Payable per agreed standard;
• Perform cross checking between colleagues to ensure the data accuracy in our system;
• Send queries regarding to invoices to oversea colleagues or vendors and follow up all outstanding items;  
• Process vendors’ accounts reconciliation and bank accounts reconciliation;
• Update AR collection and follow up outstanding amount;
• Capture accounting entries in SAP system;
• Control some AP and AR suspense accounts for all global offices;
• Maintain profiles of our 3rd party agents;
• Control all the accounting activities of our 3rd party agents.
