Position: Quality Assurance Specialist - Nonfood 质量监控专员-非食品
Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Headquarter Shanghai
Job Description:
Assist quality manager to develop the overall quality policy in non-food of METRO (China)
Develop a quality control system for own brand of non-food
Collect and analyze the info of customer complaints about quality from stores, do statistic report to purchasing dept monthly/yearly
Cope with those emergency in quality-oriented
Quality support with new store grand opening
Support buying groups about quality query also give a suggestion
Coordinate business with inspection co. or lab for test & audit
Handle the relation with official authorities concerned
Do quality training against relevant METRO staffs or suppliers
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Experience in quality control on non-food products
Knowledge of non-food regulation
Knowledge of chemical, physical analysis
English spoken & written
Open minded
Strong in communication
