职位描述: *Position Description:
Performs in a role to coordinate IT operational activities related to 2nd level support for servers, workstations and telecommunications (voice and data) infrastructure. Facilitates daily operational tasks of Dow Corning employees as well as contractors to meet internal IT customer service levels agreements and service lines. Reports and escalates problems to 3rd level support in the event that area operations staff are unable to remedy user and infrastructure concerns. Understands the China IT infrastructure needs and makes recommendations for upgrades as warranted. Assures that adherence to global IT standards, procedures, policies, and processes are followed.

昗ell developed verbal and written communication skills both in local language and English. 昐trong server, workstation and printer hardware setup, configuration and support skills in a LAN/WAN environment. 昐trong Microsoft OS knowledge. 昁nowledge of local area networking (TCP/IP). 昅icrosoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook). 旹ffective problem-solving skills. 旽ighly developed interpersonal skills. 旼ood project management skills.
