Key Responsibilities:
Making and receiving telephone calls in a good manner
Receiving, sending, documenting and distributing all mails on a timely basis.
Stationary management and delivery
Welcome and supervise all visitors
Book tickets and hotels for internal customer and external customer
Factory bus management to use in a best way
Sourcing express company, stationary company, airplane agency and hotel
Other duties assigned by manager

主要职责（包括但不限于）：
·负责电话接听与转接
·按时收发传真、信件、快递，执行登记签收手续
·办公用品的管理和发放
·接待来访客户
·为内部客户及外部客户预定机票、酒店
·负责车辆调配，保证车辆的最佳使用
·负责快递公司、文具供应商、航空公司及酒店的联络和渠道开发
·完成上级交待的工作
职位所需技能与工作经验：
·大专以上学历
·普通话标准，声音甜美，有良好的语言表达能力
·英文读写流利，能起草英文文书
·熟练应用各种办公软件
·较强的行政事务处理能力
·掌握工作接待礼仪
·正直，有服务意识，工作主动，细致认真，懂得自我激励
·保密意识强
