Our International Trainee Program
The objective of the trainee program is to develop the trainee for a management position within the Van Hessen Group. The Van Hessen Group offers a unique international trainee program for graduated university students. During an intensive training period of 24 months, of which a substantial part will take place abroad, the trainee will obtain knowledge of our product and production process. Furthermore, the trainee gets the opportunity to develop in various areas of management by means of an extensive training and development program.

Requirements
-A university degree is required (preferably BS, BA or MSC)
-Besides the university degree there is no specific education required, however exact studies are preferred meaning commercial or economic studies or studies like food technology and agriculture
-Work experience is welcome but not required
-Arrhythmic insight, well up in figures
-Willing to travel and be able to work under high pressure
-Good command of English both on speaking and writing
-The command of another foreign language is an advantage
-Automation and computer skills (office applications et cetera)
