职位描述: Department Description Customer Supply Analyst, Supply Chain Organization
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations Customer Relationship Management
-Customer / Channel first point of contact for all SCO topics
-Proactively engage Customers, communicate KPI's, identify and action on plans to drive continuous Improvement and customer benefits (CRM)
-Builds effective working relationships internally (Sales and MBG) and with customer to achieve service and financial goals
-Understand foundation of CRM Strategy and Components
-Own and manage customer escalations and supply crisis
Backlog Management
-Manage all customer order fulfilment for Freescale
-Manage revenue recognition for Freescale (Sarbanes-Oxley)
-Provide early warning to customers on potential delivery issues
-Manage performance of customer service programs
Business Support
-Business projections & financial risk estimations (forecasting)
-Partnering with MBG / MBU on change management (e.g. NPI's, Product Transfers, etc)
-Understand competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and application
-Manage execution to customer contracts
Specific Knowledge/Skills Require BS/BA with experience in related field (or Int'l equivalent / Work Experience) prefer Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Degrees.
