职位描述：
JobDescription
1. Responsible for SMT(Surface Mounted Technology) process Control and machines previentive maintenance in shift level, from printing, placement, AOI, reflow, rework to the end of curing process, you may take the role in one of the processes; 2.lines support in SMT phases by monitoring product performance (MFR(Manufaturing Failure Rate),scrap pickup error rate...), AOI first pass yield, DPM, etc in shift level. 3. SMT equipment development and support, by finishing regular preventive maintenance, monitoring machine capacity, down time, etc. 4. Production people(group leader or operators) training & technical competence development in shift level 6. Kaizen and project activities implementation and new technology/process participation on production lines 7. Cooperate/support other Group leader, engineer and production supervisor for achieving SMT team targets.
Qualifications
Preferably come with electro-mechanical background and manufacturing working experience
Good command in english and team work spirit
Good communication skill with good report writing as well as good analytical skill
hands-on attitude; can-do manner
