受某知名的欧洲公司委托，为其招聘一位中国区的招聘专员，其职位要求如下：
Mission
Maximise our Human Resources initiatives to strengthen our Vision, Business Idea, and Human Resource Idea to make Company Organisation the Best Employer in China.
Main Responsibilities
Recruiting
·Follow Company Value-based recruitment strategy.
·Organize and implement in-store recruiting activities.
·In conjunction with Company’s external recruitment contact, maintain the vitality and creativity of all external recruiting advertising.
·Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative recruiting and selection routines.
·Facilitate Line Managers in recruiting and selection skills and practices.
·Assume responsibility as process owner for other recruitment projects / assessment centre for Company Retail China.
·Assume other responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur.
Information
·Provide necessary information to Store HR Manager, Line Managers and Service Office HR Department.
·Foresee recruitment needs to meet business needs.
·Provide information and facts to support Co-worker planning making.
·Making Recruitment plans and follow-up KPI analysis report.
Administration
·Candidates Resume Pool
·Assessment Centre operation and development
Knowledge
·Local Labour Market KPI knowledge.
·A strong understanding of the Company Concept and an ambassador of the Company Culture & Values
Skill
·Highly effective and creative written and verbal communication skills.
·Able to design and deliver recruitment programs.
·Assessment skill
·Psychology background education and knowledge ( a plus)
