1.Responsible for on-site installation, servicing and repair of UCT products in the field
2.Provide regular updates on field failures and reliability issues at operations meetings, quality meetings, and through written field services reports
3.Represent UCT at customer site
4.Instructs and trains customers in the operation and maintenance of UCT systems
5.Initiates corrective action through the corrective action/customer complaint database and field service reports
6.Communicate regularly with account managers, sales support staff, operations groups and the customer via phone, email, and UCT website
Candidate requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree in engineering /equivalent
2.Electro-mechanical troubleshooting abilities
3.Ability to work with hand tools; good manual dexterity
4.Good written and verbal communication skills
5.Ability to work in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction
6.Ability to deal effective and tactfully with customer and internal groups
7.Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
8.Computer literacy; proficiency with MS Office suite
