-Team Secretarial Work
Provide assistance to sales and technical team at necessary circumstance
Provide assistance to other secretaries
-Staff Travel Arrangement
Staff movement recording
Ticket booking and backup and car or taxi arrangement
-Office Administration Work
Manage office commodity and commodity purchase, including stationery, gift and other office commodities
Office administration daily operation
-Reception
Office hospitality and catering
Answering phone calls and transfer
Manage and deliver mails
PERSON SPECIFICATION
-Work Experience
Experienced in at least one secretarial role in other organizations since graduation
-Skills
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Essential PC operation skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP etc.
-Personal Attributes
Initiative, reliable and responsible
Friendly and energetic
