Experience & Skill Requirements Computer Skills: MS Office 2003 (exel/word), MS Outlook 2003 & Windows 2000/XP, PC Hardware (support & maintenance). Language Skills: Fluent Mandrain/English, both written & spoken. Customer Focus: Ability to provide quality customer service and build strong customer relationships. Teamwork: Must have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
*Desired Qualification:Background: Helpdesk & customers service experience is highly desirable.
