Summary
Part of a global team supporting IT infrastructure
Under general direction, provide production support for a large Wintel server environment consisting of more than 1,300 servers globally
Work with Microsoft operating systems and server hardware
Job Requirements
Round-the-clock, global operation 7 days x 24 hours
Need to carry company-provided cell phone and/or pager on a rotational basis for providing support during non-business hours
May require working non-business hours for the initial training period
