1.Duties
·To undertake assembly,test and where appropriate repair of metal detection systems and other products as appropriate.
负责产品的组装、调试，需要时，对产品进行正确维修；
•To ensure the timely availability of such assemblies having a primary regard for customer expectations and promised delivery schedules.
确保按顾客的需求和承诺的交货计划及时完成装配任务；
•To ensure the quality of workmanship/assembly as appropriate and that where required all documentation is correctly completed and controlled.
确保组装质量，按要求认真如实填写组装、调试记录文件，并妥善保管；
•To ensure maintenance of a clean,tidy,healthy and safe working environment.
保证工作环境的清洁、整齐、健康和安全；
•To ensure that tools,plant and machinery are adequately maintained.
保证工具、机器、压域的认真维护，确保使用状态良好；
•To perform other duties as and when reasonably requested to do so.

2．Qualifications and Experience
•Experience in electrical,and mechanical assembly of machinery. Ideally experienced in material handling or food processing systems assembly.
有一定的电气和机械装配经验，有食品处理系统组装经验或材料应用经验者优先；

Spectrum Inspection Systems
Overview
Loma and Cintex provide cost-effective quality inspection solutions designed to detect product defects, specification variances, potentially harmful contaminants and product temperatures.
Checkweighers are designed to operate on today's highly automated production lines, ensuring that product weights are within legal parameters and preventing expensive giveaway. Weights form a few grammes up to 60kg can be monitored, at running speeds of up to 450ppm, with an accuracy to +/-0.1g.
Metal detectors can perform in a variety of environments in the food and pharmaceutical industries, detecting metal and automatically rejecting converyor or in a pipeline. Specific designs are available for needle detection in the textile and footwear industries.
Using advanced sensing and imaging technology, x-ray inspection systems detect contaminants such as glass, bone fragment, PVC, eramic material and even metal contaminants within metal packing. The x-ray range caters for bulk materials such as fruit and veg, dense produce like meat or poultry, packaged products at the end of the line and boxed packs.
Highly accurate, non-contact temperature measurement of chilled or frozen products is achieved through the measurement of the energy radiating from the food at microwave wavelengths. This patented technology can generate great cost savings when compared with other established temperature measurement technologies.
Networking to computer systems provides complete management information, making the control of quality assurance systems fast and efficient.
