职位描述：
Responsibilities:
This position works closely with procurement and project team, ensure smooth handling of import and export as well as logistic procedures
Handle import and export procedures with custom and other related authorities. Initiate and update relevant registration matters and keep oroper documentations as required by external authorities and internal departments.
Identify and supervise external service providers for import/export matter if necessary
Handle foreign currency and import/export tax related matters via working closely with finance colleagues
Organize and manage transportation matters based on project requirement
Effectively communicate internally and externally to closely monitor the progress of import/export related matters
Qualifications:
A degree of international trading or related major with relevant working experiences. Certificate related to import/export preferred
Good command of oral and written English
Familiar with international practice as well as related governmental regulation
Import/export experience in process industry or manufacturing environment
Good team work spirit and strong communication and coordination skills
