Job Title: Results Tester
Reporting structure: The Tester reports to the Results Manager
Key Tasks
-Creates and documents test cases and scenarios, and all other integration test related documents.
-Performs Integration test
-Evaluates the results of the tests, recommends actions based on those results and creates test reports
-Reports defects and system problems using Mercury Test Director
-Focus testing on both application functionality and the suitability for the underlying business process
-Not only tests systems for operational readiness, but scrutinizes the systems for weaknesses that may present during Games Operations
-Keeps management apprised of their progress through timely reporting to the Results Manager
-Works closely with the appropriate Results Manager to coordinate the integration testing of specific sport
All these tasks should be focused on:
-Ensuring the required degree of reliability is provided, for the sports he/she is in charge of testing
-Ensuring that the systems under test will meet to BOCOG and IOC's expectations during the Games
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities -Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering
-Good communication ability
-Well organized
-Detailed oriented
-Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment
-Ability to work in a high pressure environment
-Fluent oral and written English
-A previous experience of software integration testing is preferred
-Familiar with Mercury Interactive Products is preferred
