职位描述: Responsibilities:
1.To provide good service to client PC (both hardware and software). Realize customer satisfaction by all reasonable efforts.
2.Be responsible for the client side of hardware and software installation and maintenance.
3.Configure and maintain the file server and E-mail server for the company.
4.Backup the data on file server.
5.Manage the office internal telephone system (including IP telephone).
6.Be responsible for video conference system.
7.Provide LAN network support.
8.Implement regular preventive check and maintenance for client PC, telecom systems.
9.Establish/ maintain meaningful technical policies (like mailbox limitation, client configuration, etc.)
10.Support other IT teams for the troubleshooting of application and system issues.
Requirements:
1.Be familiar with helpdesk skills. Decent knowledge and experience on
a)MS Windows, MS office, MS project.
b)Hardware (PC, printer, PDA, WAN/LAN)
c)Service skills.
2.Good command of English speaking and writing
3.Excellent communication skill, good commitment on reasonable demands.
4.Able to solve problem independently, good troubleshooting skill, always prepare alternative and/or contingency plan for customer satisfaction.
5.Self motivated and positive thinking.
6.Must be hands-on, team oriented and feel comfortable to work under pressure.
7.College and above in Computer Science or related fields.
8.Microsoft Certification will be an advantage
