(GCG) area.
- Provide innovative, world-class physical and electronic delivery of all
IBM software products, publications, and maintenance.
- Provide value-added fulfillment services for IBM software and
publications.
- Enable software systems with reliable, consistent software data.
Job Responsibilities
Production Management Staff is responsible to supervise the overall
production operation to ensure software orders are fulfilled within our
commitment to the clients. Manage and optimize the process of production,
schedule production timetable, allocate and balance resources based on the
workload dynamically. Lead production team, plan and perform operator
recruitment, education, performance evaluation and development, facility
maintence & improvement in line with ISO 9001:2000 and IBM Global Quality
Framework.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
- Production scheduling skill
- Self motivated and goal driven attitude, eager to learn
- Excellent analysis skill
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (both written and
oral)
- Excellent teamwork
- Engineering background is preferred
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
- Bachelor degree or above
